2009 - 2010 Anglers in Action LLC
Contact Us
Date: March 27, 2010
Lake/Ramp: City Park
Boats: 74
Weather: High Winds, 45 takeoff, 65 weigh-in
A total of 74 teams came out for the first Anglers in Action / Triton Boats event on Grand Lake for the 2010 season. For safety precautions due to extremely high winds and floating objects, anglers were allowed to trailer their boats to other ramps for the early morning takeoff after their livewells were checked.
Fishing conditions were tough Saturday, due to an incoming cold front with high winds, rising lake levels, and muddy water. The team of Alan Head & Gary Carrier found some quality bass though, weighing in 5 largemouth bass that tipped the scales at 23.62lbs.

Anglers are fishing for their chance to qualify for the 2010 AiA Championship on October 16-17 at Lake of the Ozarks, where over $90,000 in cash & prizes will be won. The top 40% of the total division that meet eligibility requirements will be invited to the championship.

We would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support. If you're looking for that new or used boat, lure, line, or accessory, give one of our sponsors a chance at your business, and let them know you fish Anglers in Action Tournament Trail.
Thanks again to all of you anglers for fishing with Anglers in Action Tournament Trail. We look forward to offering you all a great tournament experience this season with higher turnouts and bigger paybacks.
