Thanks to all the anglers that came out for the inaugural Solo Pro Series tournament. A total of 65 anglers hit the water on a windy and chilly day at Lake of the Ozarks. The Solo Pro anglers brought 166 bass across the scales totaling 505.63 lbs., including 18 limits. David Ryan, fresh off his big win at the Everstart tournament, continued his winning ways with 5 LOZ bass that weighed a solid 21.02 lbs. Dave took advantage of the 60 boat field, earning $3,000 in Triton Gold Incentive money and $2,059.00 in Solo Pro winnings. Congratulations to David Ryan, your 2011 Lake of the Ozarks Solo Pro Series winner.

To win the AIA Solo Pro event Dave fished channel swing banks, in creeks, in the Osage arm. He fished a green pumpkin/black 1/2oz. Dave's Custom Baits rattlin' jig. It was trailed with a Zoom Super Speed Craw in green pumpkin color. Dave used Stren 25lb 100% fluorocarbon and had 9 keeper bites all day and boated 8 of them.

Riley caught his fish traveling up the Osage arm fishing very slowly in three coves. Mike was targeting shallow cover near drop offs, using jigs, crankbaits, and spinner baits to accumulate his limit. Nice job Mike!
